(1) Installation
1. The machine should be placed on the level ground and placed smoothly.
2. Because the machine is mobile, the user does not need to design the installation foundation separately, just move the machine to the flat ground near the oil tank.
3. The selection of power supply line must be able to withstand the maximum current of the machine.
(2) Pilot test
1. Close all valves of the machine and connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes to ensure that the inlet and outlet oil circuit from the oil tank to the machine is unimpeded.
2. Connect the three-phase four-wire power supply correctly.
3. Start the vacuum pump and oil pump, and observe whether the rotation direction of the vacuum pump and oil pump is correct, and whether the vacuum pump-motor and oil-motor are stuck.
4. Check whether the temperature controller and heater are interlocked, that is, the temperature controller controls the heater, which can only be completed in a flash.
5. Close the valve connected with the atmosphere, open the pipeline valve, start the vacuum pump, in the vacuum gauge indicates the stability of the vacuum value, stop the pump for 5 minutes, during the observation of the vacuum gauge pointer down should not exceed 0.001Mpa, otherwise it should eliminate the leakage part.
Used for high-grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, ultra high voltage transformer oil and other oil deep purification treatment.
It can also be used for deep dewatering treatment of capacitor oil, air conditioning compressor freezing oil and other oil products requiring micro-water content and low oil.
This equipment is equipped with both vacuum oil injection and vacuum pumping, which can meet the functions of vacuum drying and hot oil circulation filtration at the current construction site.
Because of the two-stage high vacuum design, the use of this series of models at high altitudes is more advantageous.
