Aite ZYLC vacuum oil filter – 25–200 L/min, 5–30 ppm water, ≤0.2% gas, three-stage filtration, for turbine and transformer oil purification.
1. Product Overview
Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter is a high-performance oil purification system
designed for oil dehydration, degassing, and contaminant removal. Aite ZYLC
Series Vacuum Oil Filter operates on the principle that different liquids have
different saturated vapor pressures. At a temperature of 70°C, water begins to
boil at a pressure of about 30 MPa, while oil boils at a pressure of 5 Pa.
The saturated vapor pressure of oil is much lower than that of water at the same
temperature. Therefore, if the pressure at the liquid surface of the oil is reduced
to below the saturated vapor pressure of water by vacuuming, the water in the
oil will undergo severe gasification and overflow from the oil in the form of steam.
Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter is engineered as a fully interchangeable
substitute for original models – maintaining identical dimensional parameters,
interface specifications, and filtration performance to enable direct drop-in
installation without any housing modifications. This high-performance vacuum
oil filter delivers reliable filtration performance across a wide range of industrial
applications.
As a professional manufacturer specializing in oil purification equipment and
filtration solutions, we deliver Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter with stable
performance, reliable construction, and competitive pricing for industrial
facilities worldwide.
2. Working Principle
Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter operates through a carefully engineered
vacuum dehydration process:
1. Through vacuum suction, oil enters the vacuum tank from the top and sprays
down through the nozzle.
2. Water in the oil vaporizes in the vacuum chamber and is pumped out by the
vacuum pump.
3. Water is discharged from the lower part of the unit.
4. The middle of the vacuum chamber is filled with oil-friendly materials,
so that the sprayed oil disperses on the surface of the filling material to form
a very thin film.
5. This increases the interfacial area of atmospheric liquid and prolongs the time
of oil in gas phase space.
The effect of vacuum outlet is mainly related to the working vacuum degree and
oil temperature. The lower the vacuum degree and the higher the temperature,
the better the outlet effect. Oil temperature is generally about 60°C – too high a
temperature will accelerate the oxidation of oil. For hydraulic oil, the vacuum
degree is generally 600–700 Pa, which can reduce the water content in the
oil to less than 100 PPM. For transformer insulation oil, higher vacuum degree
can be used, and the water content can be reduced to 10 ppm. Aite ZYLC Series
Vacuum Oil Filter can effectively remove various states of water in the oil,
and can remove air and various volatile materials in the oil.

6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What is the Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter designed for?
A: Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter is designed for oil dehydration, degassing,
and contaminant removal – removing various states of water, air, and volatile
materials from turbine oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, and lubricating oil.
Q2: How does the Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter remove water from oil?
A: Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter uses vacuum technology to reduce pressure
below the saturated vapor pressure of water – causing water in the oil to vaporize
and be pumped out by the vacuum pump.
Q3: What is the working principle behind vacuum dehydration?
A: Different liquids have different saturated vapor pressures. At 70°C, water boils
at about 30 MPa while oil boils at 5 Pa. By reducing pressure below the saturated
vapor pressure of water, the water in oil vaporizes and overflows as steam.
Q4: What water content can the Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter achieve?
A: Aite ZYLC Series Vacuum Oil Filter achieves water content after filtration
of 5–30 ppm – with hydraulic oil reduced to less than 100 PPM and transformer
