Product description

1. Particle filtration system:

Using efficient filter material as filter medium, large filter area design, can effectively filter very fine particles of impurities, so that oil products to achieve a high degree of cleanliness.

2. Coalescence system:

The coalescence system consists of a set of coalescence filter element, which adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets, which are then settled into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.

3. Separation system:

The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water beads are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalescitate with each other until the action is caused by gravity

4. Drainage system:

The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the height of the interface reaches the set value, the valve is opened to discharge the water until it reaches the lower liquid level, and the valve is closed to stop the drainage

Technical principle

Different liquids have different surface tensions, and the lower the surface tension when the liquid flows through the hole, the faster it passes through.

When the different mixed liquid flows into the separator, it first enters the coalesce filter element. The coalesce filter element has a multi-layer filter medium, and its pore size increases layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil passes through the filter quickly, while the water is much slower. And because the coalescence filter element adopts hydrophilic material, the tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, resulting in the coalescence of water droplets. Under the action of kinetic energy, small droplets race through the opening and gradually converge into large droplets, which settle and separate from the oil under the action of gravity. After the oil passes through the coalesce filter element, there are still small water droplets moving forward to the separation filter element under the action of inertia. The separator element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the separator element, the water is kept out of the separator element, while the oil passes through the separator element and is discharged from the outlet.
