The electric heat tracing gas drainer is composed of a common drainer and an anti-leakage device. It uses the height of the water seal to overcome the gas pressure, thereby sealing the gas. The anti-leakage device acts to close the overflow port to prevent gas leakage and prevent accidents.
The electric heat tracing gas drain is mainly to connect the anti-breakdown non-leakage gas drain into the pipeline for conveying gas. The condensed water in the gas pipeline enters the high pressure chamber of the drain through the drain pipe, and then passes through the connection between the high and low pressure chambers on the clapboard. The pipeline enters the low pressure chamber of the drain to collect the condensed water, pass through the water seal and automatically discharge the condensed water in the gas pipeline to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. When the gas pipe network pressure fluctuates or the water level of the drainer is abnormally low due to gas breakdown, under the action of the gas shock, the anti-leakage device is triggered to close the overflow port to prevent the gas from leaking out and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Under normal circumstances, when the height of the water seal is greater than 2000mm, a double-chamber or three-chamber structure should be adopted, so that the overflow nozzle is below 2000mm, which is convenient for observing the working condition of the drain.
The electric heat tracing gas drain should be installed on a flat ground foundation, and it should be installed vertically and not inclined to ensure reliable operation of the drain.
The on-site gas pipeline is connected with the gas inlet pipe of the gas drain, and a gasket should be used at the flange connection to ensure tight sealing and no gas leakage. The condensed water drain pipe of the drainer should be led into the nearby sewer, and the condensed water should not be directly discharged under the equipment foundation.
